"Got tight last night on absinthe and did knife tricks. Great success shooting the knife into the piano. The woodworms are so bad and eat hell out of all furniture that you can always claim the woodworms did it."

Amazing MountainsClimbed it with my dog this morning. One hour fifty minutes to summit from trailhead. One hour twenty minutes to descend. Lots of snow & ice along the north slopes. We parked downtown next to the bridge and hiked up. Added 1.8 miles roundtrip. As a side note, there is no parking lot at the new trailhead so it worked it out perfectly for us.

True Summit??Climbed (hiked) to E Summit. We attempted to scramble to the "true" W Summit, but were thwarted by a steep, loose and exposed gully. We would have been happy with our E summit if it weren't for the visible summit register on the W summit. Indeed, it appears that the W is higher. Gonna have to go back with more cojones and maybe a rope and some gear??????
