Interesting...

effect of the snow in foreground. It seems like a silty mantle.

Yeah it worked out OK. In truth it was mostly done for practical reasons as I didn't have enough zoom to get tighter on the peak and this was a better foreground option than the logging debris. Thanks for the vote.
