Most people make it in an hour and a half, but I was not feeling well this day, so with breaks it took me almost three hours. But it was worth it. The views out towards the Tucson basin as well down into Sabino Canyon are stunning.
I'm looking forward to future climbs and improved ascent times.

Wow, what a day! Warm sun, crazy wildflowers, blue sky... I got to enjoy this beautiful summit with one of my best friends - MOM! We enjoyed lunch at the summit, which gave me time to ponder routes up UN 5001. What a lovely place so darn close to downtown Tucson!
