Unknown Paintbrush (Castilleja sp.)
This is an unknown species of paintbrush. The photo has been examined by an expert in academia, who could not identify it. It could well be a hybrid between Castilleja cusickii and Castilleja hispida, which are both present at the site. Photo taken at Field's Spring State Park near Anatone WA.
