Ran up to the top and then followed the top trail to the approximate summit which is a couple miles north west of where the main trail comes out at the top. Lots of smoke from wildfires so the visibility was low. Though, it was a nice cool morning with handful of people on the trail at 7 am.
Easily accessible, nice little hike, though it was a little crowded when I was there on an October Sunday. Nice views of McLoughlin. Definitely coming back to see the vernal pools when they're full.
We climbed these multiple times as a kid, great place and easily accessible
This is a nice hike, but if you have to choose one lower is a little more impressive. I do like the fact that when lower is crowded, upper is usually not.
Started this earth day out with a great little climb up this little beauty. Loved the views of Mount McLaughlin from the plateau. The Vernal Ponds on top were particularly full as well. Great views of the Rogue Valley.
Hiked with my 11 & 13 year old boys. Beautiful 70 degree day with wildflowers galore!
Cold foggy morning all the way to the highpoint.
Summitted with my beautiful girlfriend. Much larger and wetter than expected. Great views in all directions.
A pre Thanksgiving hike with my pops......nobody else around. A nice day.
Hiked with the family on a rainy day.
I remember climbing Upper Table Rock when I was a little kid. I climbed with my Mom, Stepdad, Stepbrother, Brother and Sister. We spent all day looking for arrowheads and never found any, go figure. Anyway, fast forward about 10-15 years and now my wife and I live and work in the Rogue Valley. This was one of the first hikes we did when we arrived. I am very impressed with the views that the Table Rocks have to offer for the moderate amount of effort you have to expend to reach the top. I can see why they are so popular now.
