This looks great!

How long is the pitch. I wish I could find something close by the Colorado front range that was this long, but I think I am going to have to travel to Ouray for that! Congrats on the lead!

Re: This looks great!

Thanks Dan - most stuff on this wall is about 100-110' high, and generally the climbs end on bolted anchors. You will love Ouray, I guarantee it. Cheers !

Re: Good stuff!

Thanks, you are too kind ! I suck at this though ... but that doesn't prevent me from having fun, as long as I suck at it relatively safely :)

Re: Awsome shot!

Thanks Radek, but Steve Larson took the pic. But I agree, it would be a really neat trick if I took one of myself on lead :)

Re: Ice Ice Baby

Thanks Jerry. My ice season this year was pretty good actually - in addition to visiting a few places in Cali I hadn't climbed at before and doing the Bard-Harrington Wall in Lee Vining Canyon about six times via different routes, I visited the Canadian Rockies and Cody. I'll give you a shout if I'm going to be back in CO this winter !
