Re: Is this the summitThis is amazing, ND. I think if someone took a photo of the stars from the top of a mountain, you'd be able to tell what mountain that is. Just kidding of course, but your memory of the mountains is just mind boggling. Well, I'm jealous, but more power to you.

Re: Is this the summitI just channel these answers from an ascended Master who once incarnated as a great earthly mountaineer.
Actually Marc I was on the summit of Black Butte last summer and noticed the rock wall next to FarNorCalGirl, eyeballed the terrain below, looked at my own summit shots and made the assumption but I wasn't totally sure.
Been up there 2 other times before too.
