A Little About Me
I'm a Mountain Junky and spend 35-40 weekends a year in the mountains. Beginning in the Spring, I hike or backpack about 3 out of every 4 weekends through November. Often times this brings me to peaks worth bagging. Once winter arrives, I wax the skis and enjoy that for about 5 months.
The picture is me atop Old Snowy Peak in Washington's Goat Rocks Wilderness.
My weekends are currently 3 days (Th - Sa) which lets me beat the crowds and enjoy the "Great Outdoors" that much more. Add a holiday and / or vacation day and an extended weekend trip is 4 or 5 days.
