Vader Taters
Just like when hiking all day, a long day of cycling can make odd foods taste way better. At this food mini-stop in Vader, Washington on the Cascade Bicycle Club's (https://cascade.org) 2019 Seattle-to-Portland ride they were offering "Vader Taters", which were steamed slices of potato with seasoning salt and pickle juice shots including a pickle slice. Both were delicious 130 miles into the day.
