Ebersbacher Ledges video - uncut

Keeping it real on the E-Ledges. As you can see, these are not the freaky experience that people make them out to be (absent snow, at least). I hardly break stride, except one spot. Hopefully this will help you get a feeling for what they're like and navigagate them. I've heard that people take a sharp left turn at the place where I pause at 3:23-3:30 where the "chockstone" is jammed on the left, but the way I chose also worked. I didn't find the ledges exposed, but this is subjective and depends on what you're accustomed to.

Exposure

I admire you--and am a little jealous. I'm uncomfortable on anything above class 2. I sure saw some exposure I would have problems with. I think I would have some serious acrophobia issues on the MR. I would so have liked to have attempted it when I was younger though (70 now). Thanks so much for posting; I've always wondered what the E Ledges were like.
