Ahem,now Frisco Peak would make another nice addition to SP (hint hint). It is also a prominence peak and noted in Kelsey Utah Mountaineering guide. Wah Wah Peak is another good prospect. I'd love to spend a week just doing the peaks in the western utah desert (and throw in Mt. Moriah and North and South Schell in neighboring Nevada) Great area even though it is pretty isolated.

Re: Ahem,Yup, Frisco peak looks like it could be a serious hike with over 4000 feet gain from the west, considerably less from the east. Will definately have to check it out soon, and it is #16 for prominence peaks in Utah. Utah's west desert is such a neat area with so much to explore and so many virtually unknown peaks to hike!
