View looking down the route that brances off west of the Hogsback Ridge

This pic shows the view looking down the variation route that branches west off of the Hogsback Ridge. This was the common route for most of the day's climbers, as the offset of the Hogsback Ridge from its usual position (it was aprox. 30m west of its usual position) prevented an ascent leading directly through the pearly gates. -January 14, 2007

Thanks for the fuel

Those two candy bars really helped me out. What a day huh? Glad to share the summit with you, that's not me in the picture is it? Anyway nice to meet you I have some pics of you lower on the mountain.

Cheers,

Yep, definitely a memorable day. Not one that I'll forget anytime soon. Great to share the summit with you too though. I'm not sure about you in that pic but I don't think it's you, I think you were well on your way down by that time. I've got a couple pics of you too, I'll see if I can't get them to you. Great day man!
