View looking southwest from the summit of Divide Mountain. White Calf Mountain is on the left; the "spire" slightly left of center is not named. This picture shows a magnificent (and a long day!) outing described by Edwards—a loop, starting at the saddle south of Divide Mtn., south across White Calf to Kupunkamint (not visible here), then west to unnamed peak 8283, at that point taking the ridge back north across Kakitos to Curly Bear (close, but out of the picture on the right), where the descent is to the west, to the Red Eagle Lake Trail, which takes you to St. Mary.
