The Eastern Collared Lizard...
The Eastern Collared Lizard (Crotaphytus collaris collaris) are found everywhere along the trailhead to Notch Peak. They get kinda big, this guy was about 10 inches long! These lizards live throughout much of the central to southwest regions of the United States.
