Cool pictureIn New England, the area between the rocks is called a notch but in the southeastern U.S. it is called a gap.

Thanks for the vote. Not one of my better photos but it does the job.
I've noticed from your user profile page that you posted up the Lenspitz, a peak I have been around any times from the Mischabel hut. I keep going out there to try the NW face but never find it in condition. Recently looked at a video of another sp member bbirtle climbing it. Have you been?
