Lizard Head?

Is the spikey looking one Lizard Head? What are the taller ones to the right and left?

R to L: South Lookout, U.S. Grant, Pilot Knob, Golden Horn, Vermilion & Fuller. (will look up their exact elevation and add later). Lizard Head not seen.
