Looking NNW down into the...
Looking NNW down into the North Creek Valley from the summit. The North Creek Trail parallels the creek on the other (west) side. At some point before where the shade ends, an old mine trail goes/went east up the slope to the 7,680+ ft pass on the North Ridge of Abernathy. This is the North Creek route to the summit. June 3, 2001.
