Gary Sohler rappelling from "The Right Side" on Merlin Dome after failing to find the second pitch (or at least any option within the 5.6 rating for the climb). To complicate matters, we battled red ants up the entirety of the first pitch, making it feel like we'd climbed two pitches already.
