camping

hey, kane are there any good (flat and not rocky) camping spots around any of the pierre lakes? we are heading that way this thursday (aug 25th)

Man, it's been a while, but I recall some decent spots at the entrance to the never ending boulderfield. There are a few good ones on the way up as well. You don't have to make it all the way up there to get a good site.

I am seriously considering Pierre Lakes for my August 2010 itinerary. I'm sure I'll PM you in a few months about this hike as well as a few of my other ideas for this year's Bells trip.

Just an incredibly beautiful area (and photo)!!!
