Good question, I wondered about that myself.
I asked some Scots, but the answer sounded so weird that I never got it down. It's something like 'Sgurr nan Catrahn', that's how I remember it. I write rr, to emphasize that you have to roll the rr's properly.

Now that this image is attached to a page as it deserves, I had better try to answer that 7 year old question! If you check this page https://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/munros/sgurr-nan-ceathreamhnan.php then there is a link to a very Scottish voice saying the name how I presume it should be said: I am afraid you are not correct... the Sgurr comes out (to my ear) Skooth with no discernible r let alone a rolled one... anyway my interpretation of the whole shebang is SKOOTH NUN TERRAVUN - or thereabouts - I keep re-playing it and wondering if it is skooth or skoot and terrava without the n, at the end of the last syllable.
