West Coast Trail
This is the crux of the West Coast Trail, just north of Owen Pt, where the tide needs to be below 6 ft to cross this section. It can be bypassed by an unofficial rope beach access system. This is looking north, above the ledge that has caused a great deal of difficulty for many people.
