Gelologic question ...Is that 'dark line" crossing the glacier a
bergschrund, or is it just a mere shadow from passing clouds ??

the line surely isn't a bergschrund. It could be a shadow created by a cloudy passage, but probably it's the edge of a runway for summer skiing...certainly less romantic!
