Vinson Massif first ascent team

Me (3rd from right) with members of the original Mt. Vinson first ascent party. They summited Mt. Vinson in 1966 and had returned 40 years later to try it again. This picture was taken at Base Camp 40 years to the day after their first ascent.

Thanks dug... it was an honor to spend time with some guys upon who's shoulders all of us as mountaineers now stand on.
