Volcán Momotombo
Volcán Momotombo
Momotombo volcano as seen from the air when I was flying home from Nicaragua. Momotombo is situated on the Northwestern shore of Lake Managua and is approximately 30 miles from the city of León. It is one of the peaks in the Cordillera Los Maribios, a range of active volcanoes that runs through the heart of Nicaragua.
