Watershed side of Table Rock

A view north along the minor escarpment of Table Rock. The ancient basalt rock outcrops were interesting, as were the parallel grass-talus-grass-talus bands laid out perpendicularly below them. The Mill Creek Watershed is on this side of the peak and entry is verboten...without a permit. Many CFRs await you if you don't have one. Deadman Peak is in the distance at left center. Sept. 2010.
