W Face Direct
Will Elliott, Ben Meyer, and I hiked from Wonder Lake on a trip to the Traleika Glacier Aug 28-Sept 11, 2011. Will and I summited a new route (but most obvious one) on the West Face, which pretty much goes directly straight up to the summit. We bivied in a snowcave for one night during a storm. Summited the next morning and descended the N face to west ridge and down some slopes back to the Traleika.
