Great flower, Trina !

I didn't know it was the
state flower of South Dakota!
You really learn a lot on this
SP-site, while being entertained
to a specific degree. Mount
Ellinor was a favorite of mine
back in the 1980s. I also liked
to travel to the Carbon River
in MRNP. Lots of waterfalls can
be seen in late Spring. It won't
be long until the flowers bloom!
Please have patience and don't
lose hope. Have a nice day !!

Re: Great flower, Trina !

Hi Larry! My hubby and I went up Mt Ellinor yesterday. LOTS of snow!!! There is snow at the 2000' level on up. It was beautiful, sunny, windy, snowing, calm, hard work (had to kick steps all the way up!) and it was rejuvinating! Great workout! Wishing you the best! Trina
