Excellent page Gangolf! Hard to believe this important group didn't have its page till now.
Thanks Sasha. Yes that's why I put it up in the end. I had been hesitant about it since it often comes in a double pack with the Mieming Range. But then I came aware that Lukas had already posted the Mieming Range Page...
Congratulations, Gangolf! Excellent page and amazing Overview photo of Zugspitze above the beautiful lake. I totally agree with Velebit!
Thanks Vlado! None of the pictures are mine - but I took a long time to scan the 350 pictures of the existing mountain pages. Hope that counts too :-)
They invented ten stars especially or Gangolf!!! Your pages have always been amazing and this one is no exception.
Thanks a lot.
Yep, 10 points system..I thought that I would never could use a 10 points vote. Well Gangolf, you did it !! There you have my first 10 stars vote of SPv2 !! Excellent page. Amazig beautiful photos, good mapping and background info...all of one of my favourite areas in the alps. I'm very happy with it. Thanks.
Glad you like it John. Pictures aren't mine but I tried to choose the best existing ones. Bryan Benn did a great job with his.
How fast we see benefits of the new SP! Great pages are coming also due to the new system. You really work hard these days, Gangolf! I admire you.
Gracias Vid. The elf mailbox is getting quieter these days so I can concentrate on what I like to do. I haven't explored the site really yet. I have not even done one advanced search yet...
Nah, Lolli, my heart is with the Dolomites, whenever I'll be finished with the new groups I took I'll update the Pale di San Martino page. But I've been thinking that for a year now....
Oh no, I just finished reading the Zillertaler and here is another part of Eastern Alps! You seem to write faster than I can read. :) I like the page! BTW, Zugspitze was not THAT crowded on the day I climbed it (from Ehrwald), it was not too bad.
an other great one. That one is special, I grew up there and have lot's of mountaineering memories from there :-)
Thanks a lot, glad you liked it!
A very well crafted page with so much information on it. Many thanks Gangolf.
Nice photos too ;-)
