What a pack!

Summit of South Maroon Peak with a grocery bag. I forgot my backpack with snacks rain jacket etc at home, so I improvised with grocery bag. I did not have much food with me either, only a scone all day. It was a fun scramble with the grocery bag on the traverse...

Haha. I wish for free groceries :) love whole foods, but western colorado does not have any stores...

Interesting!

You didn't forget your helmet or your shoes for this climb. I never forget my food, even if I forget to bring my head. Mmmm, the next question would be, how would I eat the food without my head!

No, I was planning to attach the helmet to the backpack later… it was good, since Maroons have awfully loose rock.
Eating without a head is hard, much easier not eating with a head.
