When you have made the long hike up to the Abbot Pass, and you are looking for a place to rest, here's a view inside of the Abbot Hut. The beautiful stone hut was constructed in 1922 by Swiss guides. The open area with the kitchen on the right and the custodians room on the left. Upstairs is the sleeping area which sleeps 24.
