Good start.

This is a good place to begin. You need to add a few things, however, if you want people to vote on the page. The first things I would do is try to describe the geography a little more. What are the dominant features? What types of vegetation can one expect to find?

The second thing I would do is place the WNRA in its greater context. What mountain range is it in? Relating to this, you might link the page up to the Klamath Mountains page. ou might also explain how the WNRA is one unit of the large Whiskeytown-Shasta-Trinity NRA.

I would also add more pictures. Any shots of Shasta Bally on SP should be added. More of the lake would be good too.

You might also add a link to the NPS's PDF map of the area.

Adding these will go a long way to getting the page recognized. If you want to work on the page further, add an "under construction" heading, so people know it is not finished and give you a bad vote.

I hope this helps!

Re: Good start.

Let me add to what Bubba offered. I'd like to see a link to the NPS camping page (since the page says to visit there for info on camping). I'd also like to see contact info: Phone number(s), websites, etc. Also, since this is an area page, a link (or more likely links) to the appropriate quad topo maps would be really nice. You can find free, very high-res versions of the USGS quad topos at http://www.libremap.org. Finally, a tabular listing of peaks (name, lat-long, height, map coverage, link to SP page, etc) would be really nice. For an example of what I'm talking about, visit here:

Lots of potential, here; good luck! --mark d.
