Think I understand why you folks are
experiencing so many avalanches up there.

People wonder why they have deer and elk
browsing in their yards. This is most likely

Three temptations

is the skiers' traditional name for the three white gullies on the left. "East Wishbone" is the ridge above them on the left, and West side is out of sight

Thanks, that's the conclusion I came to regarding east and west wishbone, but it took me awhile to get there.

Thanks, I like this view of White Baldy because it is so different than the one I am used to from the Little Cottonwood side.

And I really like all of the pictures you have posted recently, especially the lake reflection ones.

Thanks. I only get a limited chance to get away from the dreaded mid-west so I try to make the most of it! btw - I used this pic to help identify White Baldy from the south.
