Did this one and a bunch of other easy summits in the area. Was hoping to do Black Mt too, but it was getting late and it looked impossible, so we saved it for another day. Black Mt sure looked white to us.

Late Evening Jaunt
A pleasant hike in a subalpine setting. Pathfinding was difficult because I followed the USGS map, which is out of date for this area. Met a few bowhunters scouting the south rim. No real idea where the summit is but figured any mound would do just fine.
