Staggering

This is an absolutely awesome shot. Probably the coolest image of the Whitney Glacier that I have seen.

And just a few steps from camp too! Absolutely the best campsite I have ever had on Shasta, and it didn't even take crampons or ax to get there.

The slopes on the left were dropping rocks constantly, literally one every 5-10 seconds. It seems like there is ice all underneath them.
