No, thankfully you don't have to be able to pronounce the names!
I worked around one of them, and crawled under the other one!
Thanks for the TR, glad you two had a great time out there. Nice photos too.
Thanks Dan. It was a really great weekend in a superb part of the world. I know Lolli enjoyed it as well.
...I had been there with you. Much better weather! And that really does look like a big day out. Great stuff.
Warwick eh? I lived near there for a while. Little town called Stockton about halfway between there and Rugby. Warwick Castle is worth a look if yer in that area agin.
Hi Mate. Yep, it was better weather than we enjoyed on Snowdon. Three superb days. Warwick was great, but sadly we didn't have time to visit the castle. Lolli had a flight to catch. Next time maybe..........
Sounds good to me. We just need to organise a baby sitter for his cat :)
BTW airfares to NZ are sooo cheap at the moment. Got tickets on Air New Zealand this time for $370 return. That's cheaper than the El Cheapo airlines!!
Thanks DMT. It was a great few days with great company.
Looks like a lot of fun! Cheers Bryan.
Thanks Colin. It was!
They are only small mountains, but I find a lot of them are harder to get up than Bavarian peaks twice the height. A lovely walking area, and there is plenty there to keep climbers very happy!
I'd struggle up a few Welsh mountains with you when you do get here!
Sounds like you both had a great adventure. I can't think of anything better than spending time hiking and enjoying the mountains, and it's even better with a friend. I'm happy for both of you!
It was a great time we had, hopefully more to come before long. There is so much still to walk in Snowdonia.
Don't ask me to pronounce all those names though! Be lovely to hike a few routes there with you one day.
Great Trip report and wonderful images. Thanks for sharing. Cheers William
Many thanks for your kind comments William.
Mmmmm... Wales. That's a lot of fun. So is Bryan... :-)
I think I need to put up a little serie of photos of you passing a certain gate, doncha think? :-)
That was a truly wonderful trip. And I feel that little series of photos could be rather amusing!
Yes, it was. A great trip.
