"As an adolescent I aspired to lasting fame, I craved factual certainty, and I thirsted for a meaningful vision of human life - so I became a scientist. This is like becoming an archbishop so you can meet girls."

Camping nearbyIf you're looking for somewhere to camp near Woodall, Tishomingo State Park is about 15 miles south of there. It's a ~20-minute drive down SR-25; make a left onto CR-90 and follow the signs. They have primitive campsites for $13.50 (including access to a bathhouse) and (presumably more expensive) sites with water and electricity. The park is home to lots of wildlife and interesting rock outcroppings, too... honestly, it's more scenic than the high point. Anyway, I had a good stay there on my southern highpoint swing.
