Outstanding photo ...

and one of the few postings from Germany!
It's often Switzerland, Poland, Austria and Hungary that seem to grab the viewer's attention. Not that
it's right or wrong, mind you.

I'm going to quit before I start an international incident!!!

(Congrats again, Guido!)

Re: Outstanding photo ...

Thank you very much. You're right, there are in fact only few photos from the German Alps or other areas in Germany. But that's ok. There are beautiful places everywhere. Our passion for the outdoors and mountains should have no borders whatsoever. Mountain ranges certainly don't care about them. Cheers, Guido

Re: great

thanks. I grew up near Munich and these mountains were my stomping ground for many years. Great memories. Cheers. Guido

A great region

Well, I didn't winter summit. Though the consolation was the great German / Austrian food. Nearby Pertisau is to be recommended.

Re: A great region

In fact, one of my favorite places in the mountains. I am glad you liked the food... Cheers.
