I am wondering if anyone out there will be climbing Aconcagua in February of 2008? I am looking for partners for ideally the False-Polish route or possibly Polish Direct, but could also be talked into doing the Normal route. I am from the US, but live in Argentina and am thinking about climbing sometime in mid- Feb (the permit prices drop to $110 on Feb 21...) I have gear and experience sufficient for glacier travel, but not technical ice. Anyone interested/available? Shoot me an email.
