Description

I am new to ice climbing but really want to get on a mountain of high altitude, I've done tons of hiking camping and mountain biking so I know how to deal with the cold and the mountainous region, now I just need a few climbers (experienced climbers) willing to climb to the top. I just don't want to pay for a guide service and have the strict time limits, I would rather have the personal experience of a self climbed mountain. If willing to think about including myself on an expedition let me know, I have Skype or FaceTime on the iPhone so we could talk and get things worked out Thanks

Hi there,
It can be a bit frustrating, huh? No replies. I'd definitely be willing to go. I've been guided and "unguided" up Rainier. When are you planning on going? If you are a begginer, would you want to try Adams and Hood (or whatever) to warm up?

I honestly don't know when I will be going exactly yet but it will be sometime in June and about the hood or Adams I did think about that just to get used to the high altitude and cold..... How was climbing ranier unguided, you sound like the kind of person I should be looking to climb with (experience on ranier) and also kinda wanted to know about pricing if climbed unguided with you Stuff like that

I would be interested too. I am a regular hiker and did Mt. Shasta two years ago. Let me know what the plan is!
