Conundrum in late Spring

As soon as the snow is well consolidated and avy danger is basically nil, I want to hit Conundrum Pk. Straight up the Conundrum couloir as a snow climb (at least, that's my preferred approach as of now). Castle, and any of the adjacent 13ers, are optional, depending on time available. Looking for at least one partner to share the drive, as my wife will worry less this way. The big catch: My days off are mid-week. I'm OK with a long day (driving included).
