Just looking for people of any ability, age, or sex to climb/scramble/hike/backpack/trek with.

My name is Mica (pronounced My`-kuh). I am 43, in good shape, and I've been at this for a few years now. I've been backpacking, hiking, and scrambling since I was 15. I began mountaineering in the late 80's. I can move fast and light when necessary, but prefer a steady pace I can maintain for hours on end if we want. I also possess a very laid back attitude.

I am looking for partner(s) to hook up with on some easy to moderate routes such as Cascadian Couloir on Stuart, Adams mule train route (or perhaps an alternate), Mt. Daniel N ridge, Gilbert peak in the Goat Rocks, Coleman-Deming on Baker, South HB on Hood, Emmons on Rainier, etc,etc. I just like to get above treeline, and I'm a happier human being. I would consider the Wonderland Trail or PCT too.

So, you get the picture. Minimal pro, no paralyzing vertical exposure, and above all, safety with no blind, miscalculated risk. Running, hip, boot belays, and handlines are cool. I'm just not into setting a bunch of equalized 3-way bomber anchors and such, unless in the case of no alternative. Glacier travel, rappeling, and crevasse rescue experience is there, but I could use a refresher, or more practice. Who couldn't?

	I live just under the Eagle caps and often walk around the base of the pass, i have not had time to get out but this winter when things calm down i will start my major hikes again, im here all year round and that also goes for anyone else who comes accross the area.
