Hello ALL,
I've been planning this climb for several months but my partner pulled out. I'm wanting to do a 2 (or 3) man ascent of the Kautz glacier on Mt. Rainier. I'd be open to other routes, (Ptarmigan ridge with the right team)

For Kautz, I'd prefer to do it 3 days to really enjoy it, but I could go for a 2-day blitz as well.

I'm located in Colorado. I'm acclimated and in shape to move quickly. I do a lot of 14er hike/climbs. I have lead alpine rock routes, snow cols, and a bit of ice. I have the gear we would need, and a bomber tent. I have not been on Rainier before, and would love to find a partner that had, since I haven't gone to glacier school, but I am read up and experienced in improvising rigging for all sorts of issues.

Let's see if we can't get a trip going!
