Hello everybody, I'm looking for someone interested in Mountaineers Route on Mt. Whitney. Planning to go end of Feb., beginning of March. I'm flexible. For your info I used to climb in Alps a while ago, currently in average shape. I've done Mountaineers in August and want to try winter approach. Let me know if interested.

Travis_	interested...
	I do not have a lot of winter mountaineering experience, but had no problems with a class 3 (with one section of class 4) route up Bear Creek Spire. Might not be able to get away for mid. March though, later March or April would be better.

	unfortunately ,I have to attend a wedding on may 27 and with all my respects I need to apologize to everyone who is coming on that date for Shasta . I cant do it , this is my best friend who needs me there as the best man. I am really sorry and I hope you all will have a great time there . thanks for understanding .

	i would love to join in especially if it entails climbing ice and snow!! we did whitney on the regular trail but heck, no where near as challenging as this route seems to be
