Skiing/Boarding/Touring in India

I am heading to northern India in the beginning of March for a month of skiing, touring and all round exploring the mountains. Yes! I know there will be lots of snow. I would like to ski and tour, but this will totally depend on conditions. Might just stay around Kashmir.

I am looking for a partner to join me. They must be able handle themselves on skis or a split board.
