Description

I have been hiking all winter and hope to climb Mt Hood South Side in April. The closest I've come to anything like this is climbing Mt Defiance last winter. I plan to do that again before Hood. I have a few experienced friends helping me plan and train.

I hiked up Palmer Field in January on a beautiful clear day. Hopefully I'll luck out with similar weather.

Well, I've done the south side before, it's pretty straightforward. I would be interested in doing it again.
