Description
I am looking for partners for weekend ice climbing and mountaineering trips in New England. I am based in Providence, R.I. and would prefer local climbers to carpool to the mountain but am willing to meet there if necessary. While I am interested in ice climbing day trips, I am really looking for people interested in more mountaineering trips such climbing Huntington Ravine, Presidential Traverses, or a Katahdin winter climb. I have been climbing for a few years and am trying to build skills and experience for larger trips. I would like to find someone with a lot of experience who is willing to share or someone who is eager but still learning and would want to develop skills together. I am looking to get to the mountains on as many weekends as possible this winter. Please let me know if you are interested.

| I am an avid winter camper and starting into mountaineering and alipine clombing. I am on the mid level of experiance, I have trekked way more than climbed. I am going to the EMS climbing school for the three day mountaineering class in Dec 10. I would love to have a group that I can grow in my skills with.
