I've just adopted and reworked the
Similaun Normal Route page, but somehow the old
Location appears instead of what I entered: the page shows
Location: Tyrol (Ötztal)/South-Tyrol (Alto Adige), Austria/Italy, Europe
I wanted to remove the " (Ötztal)" bit, but I can't because it does not show up in any of the fields when I'm editing the page. So, when editing, I filled the
Province field, which was empty before, to Tyrol/South Tyrol. But that has no effect when viewing the page.
Then, when I looked at
a list of routes, the location is different once more, as it now looks like this:
Location: Tyrol (Ötztal)/South-Tyrol (Alto Adige), Tyrol/South Tyrol, Austria, Italy, Europe
In other words, I see both the old location ánd the new one I entered when editing the page!
Perhaps it's unrelated, but there is an inconsistency with the countries as well: while the two countries are separated by a '/' on the route page itself, here they are separated by a ','. Why the inconsistency?
I'm guessing there could be two fields in the database for the location: an old one that can't be edited but is always displayed anyway, on the page as well as in any lists, and a new one that is only displayed on the page when the old one is not filled, yet always displayed directly after the old field on any lists.
Good luck figuring this one out.
Cheers, Rob
