Description

Looking for partners for everything from resort skiing to loveland/berthoud pass areas to all out ski mountaineering objectives for this ski season.

I ski at an expert/advanced level on-piste and have experience in the backcountry. Have done some trips in RMNP, descents of big peaks (e.g. Dead dog on Torrey's), an, of course, the obligatory laps at Berthoud and Loveland passes. Looking to get out more this season and get away from the resorts.

I frequent Abasin on the weekends and would be willing to meet at any resort in order to match skills/objectives and do some shakedown runs. I am comfortable with skiing any run at any resort and like to charge pretty hard but also don’t mind spending an entire day in search of the perfect run. My other outdoor pursuits include rock climbing (lead 5.6/5.7 and follow 5.9), ice climbing (just getting started – one year experience, W3/4), scrambling and bagging peaks. I aspire to, someday, climb and ski all the Colorado 14ers.

Lost my skiing / climbing partner and good friend to Denali this past spring. Now I'm mostly looking for partners for the weekend, but with advanced notice, I could take time off work to hit some more interesting objectives.
