Description
I am looking for a climbing partner to spend a week to 10 days in the Bugaboos.
Suggested/planned routes include:
Bugaboo Spire – Kain Route – 5.6 a historic classic, needed to know how to descend off of the Spire
Bugaboo Spire – Northeast Ridge – 5.7/8 12+ pitches one of the great North American classic
South Howser Tower – Beckey-Chouinard – 5.10- 15+ pitches one of the great North American classic, probability will be a two-day climb.
Pigeon Spire – West Ridge – 5.4 an optional climb, one of the best 5.4 climbs in the world.
Must be able to follow trad up to 5.10- and lead trad up to 5.9 (preferred 5.10-). Basic snow travel is required (a steep snowfield with crevasses must be climbed on approach and down climb on return).
Most of the nights will be spent in a hut, except for the approach night and a bivy on the climb of South Howser Spire.
