Cycling in the Czech/Polish Sudetes

I live in Wroclaw and I regularly go cycling to the Sudetes. I have a taste for cycling up tops that can be cycled and enjoy the ride down. I usually do it for half a day, but sometimes more.
I am french and any opportunity to cycle with a local is more than welcome (either polish, to improve my language skills, or czech, to know more about a coutry whose culture I like)
